Patricia is known in the information management industry as one of the nation’s leading Records & Information Management consultants. She has been inducted into the Company of Fellows, the highest recognition bestowed by ARMA International. As past chairman and honorary member of ARMA International Education Foundation (AIEF), she has worked diligently to provide educational and networking opportunities to information management professionals worldwide and supports research initiatives promoting the profession.
As principal for Global Document Control & Compliance, Patricia currently develops Records Retention Programs and implements Risk Management Programs to ensure legal compliance for a broad spectrum of leading companies throughout the United States.
David Culbertson, EVP & COO
David entered the industry in 1986 as a founding partner and President of Texas Shredding Company, Inc. which operated successfully for 16 years before being sold as part of an industry consolidation. He later became an industry consultant working with companies in the United States to develop the startup phase of their operations.
David is a charter member of the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID). He served on the NAID Board of Directors for 9 years and is one of only two individuals ever to receive an Honorary Lifetime Membership. As the group’s fourth President, David was interviewed by ABC News, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and The L.A. Times during the Enron scandal and was instrumental in having the industry adopt the first NAID Certification program.
David is an experienced public speaker and addresses information destruction topics such as Identity Theft for groups including ARMA, ASIS, NAID, PRISM, and local business organizations.
Larry Cockman, SVP Business Development
Larry has 15 years experience in the document destruction industry including 12 years as a Vice President and owner of Texas Shredding Company, Inc. from 1991 to 2002. During his tenure with two other large service industry firms he earned the President’s Club sales award as the top sales executive for the lines of business he represented. In addition, Larry has owned and operated other business ventures in the retail and service industries. Larry’s experience in fostering new business startups is instrumental to the success of Texas Security Shredding LLC.
